NFC Trustpilot Review Card

Description

About the NFC Trustpilot card

Trustpilot is widely used by online stores and service companies that sell internationally. This card opens your Trustpilot review page, which helps when a customer collects an order or meets your team in person.

What happens when someone taps it

They hold their phone near the card and your Trustpilot review page opens. Phones without NFC scan the QR code on the back instead. Nobody types an address or installs an app.

Which link to send us

Your Trustpilot “write a review” link (trustpilot.com/evaluate/yourdomain) or your profile page. After you order, send it on WhatsApp +92 335 6656657; we programme it and test it before dispatch.

Where it works well

• Order collection points
• Packaging inserts for online orders
• Customer service desks

Trustpilot rules to know

Trustpilot lets businesses invite reviews, but invitations must be fair: invite all customers (or an impartial selection such as every third customer), never only happy ones, and offer no incentives. Source: Trustpilot guidelines for businesses.

The card makes it easier for a customer to reach your page. It does not guarantee reviews or ratings.

Specifications

• Material: PVC, standard card size 85.6 × 54 mm
• Chip: genuine NXP NTAG215, programmed with your link and tested before dispatch
• QR code on the back for phones without NFC
• Works with iPhone XS and newer and with NFC-enabled Android phones; no app needed

Questions

Does the customer need an app? No. The phone reads the card, or the QR code, and opens the link. On newer Android phones a small “open link” notification appears first; tap it.

Can anyone leave a review through the card? Trustpilot lets people review with or without an invitation, as long as they had a real experience with your business.
