How ordering and using an NFC card works
From choosing your card to the first tap on a customer’s phone: what happens at each step, and how to use your card once it arrives.
Ordering
Five steps from order to delivery
1. Choose your product
Pick a business card, review product or social media card in the shop, or tell us what you need on WhatsApp.
2. Send your details
Send your logo and the details or link for your card on WhatsApp after you order.
3. Approve the mockup
We prepare a free design mockup. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
4. Programmed and tested
We print the card, programme your profile or review link onto the chip and test it on a phone.
5. Delivered
Flat Rs 149 anywhere in Pakistan, usually 1–3 working days after dispatch, with cash on delivery and a tracking number.
Using your card
How to tap, and what to do if a phone does not react
- Hold the card near the top of the back of the phone and keep it there for a moment. That is where most phones read NFC.
- iPhone XS and newer read NFC cards automatically while the phone is in use. Apple notes this does not work in Airplane mode, while the camera or Apple Pay is open, or before the phone has been unlocked once after a restart.
- Android phones with NFC need it switched on. Search for “NFC” in Settings, or use the quick-settings tile.
- Metal cards: tap with the PVC side. Metal blocks the NFC signal.
- No NFC, or still no reaction? Scan the QR code on the card with the camera. It opens the same page.
After delivery
Updating your digital profile
Your business card opens a digital profile with your contact details, WhatsApp, website, location and social links. You can update these without reprinting the card. The profile and its free updates are included for 2 years from activation; ask us about renewing after that.
Review and social media cards open the single link we programme for you, such as your Google review form or Instagram profile.
If a product does not work on arrival, message us within 7 days of delivery and we will reprogram or replace it free. See returns and replacement.
