Trusted Shops rules to know

How Trusted Shops reviews work: Trusted Shops sends review invitations to the email address used for a purchase, after the order is completed, and members must not pay for reviews and must request reviews from all customers. The card shows customers your profile; verified reviews come through Trusted Shops’ invitation. Source: Trusted Shops: measures for review verification.

The card makes it easier for a customer to reach your page. It does not guarantee reviews or ratings.
